Alice has worked in hospitality since 1999, starting off in two small boutique Hotels in Darlinghurst. From there she had the opportunity of a lifetime, moving to London & working for the aptly named “The Ultimate Experience”. From there she returned to Sydney & for the last 20 years has worked with a number of well known brands including Coogee Bay Hotel (2003), CYCA (2004), The Boulevard Hotel (2005), Pacific Restaurant Group (including Kingsleys Woolloomooloo & playing a formative part of the openings for Kingsleys Brisbane, Kingsleys Canberra, Chophouse on Bligh St & Kingsleys Melbourne 2005-2009), Longrain (2012-2016), China Diner, The London Paddo (2016-2020), Watershed Darling Harbour & The Rawson in The Rocks (2021-2026).
For the last 3 years, Alice has also worked as an EA to HNWF; as well as Event Consultant.
