What you should have in your ears
Spoiler: this is not a post on ear health. I have developed a habit in the last 2 years of chronically over sharing Podcasts I think people would love. I’ve unleashed the nerd in me that was always simmering under the surface. I am listening from the moment I wake up, on my walks, in the car, or any time I have a spare moment. This is my cherished alone time. So if you see me looking like any of the below images, it’s a high likelihood I’m listening to a podcast (or Luke Combs…).
With all the misinformation out there from so called “professionals”, Im not here to add fuel to the flame, instead here are some of my absolute favourite Doctors, Researchers & Scientists. I also believe we all need balance in our lives - we all know fueling our body with nutrient dense foods (I’m not hear to preach about what style of eating works best but we can all agree on more leafy greens & less UPFs - amIright?!), Sleep & Relationships can have major impacts on how we feel.
Zoe science & nutrition podcast - Dr Tim Spectre & Dr Sarah Berry - the sheer volume of research Dr Spectre has completed is insane, I love how ZOE makes science, especially in the Nutrition realm is accessible, backed up with scientific data & a ton of equally well researched Doctors, Nutritionists & Professionals.
